JOHN HARRIS
Founder and CEO
John is a seasoned security and risk management professional with over 30 years of global experience in security, intelligence, safety, and strategic risk mitigation, and currently leads the business activities for Pretorian Risk.
John holds a master’s degree in security risk management and multiple NEBOSH safety certifications, including lead auditor.
His expertise lies in developing risk-based frameworks, enhancing operational resilience, and implementing proactive security and safety strategies for high-stakes environments.
His deep understanding of strategic security operations continues to shape his approach to risk management today. Prior to establishing Pretorian Risk, John worked in the global security industry, providing security risk management and armed security to various individuals, corporations and government entities.
John also served in the British Military for 14 years, during which time he accumulated a vast amount of experience in sniping and covert military intelligence-gathering operations in hostile environments.
